ReturnsYou may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
Free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
